Returns & Refunds Policy

At J Allure, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns in line with the policy below:

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unused and in original condition

  • All tags, hygiene seals and original packaging are intact

  • The item shows no signs of wear, washing, odours or damage

Change of mind returns are eligible for:

  • Store credit or exchange only

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, you will be offered:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear or intimate items

  • Socks

  • Swimwear (if applicable)

  • Dog accessories (if worn)

  • Sale or clearance items

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if applicable

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
