Welcome to J Allure. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, digital services, and membership areas. By accessing or purchasing from www.jallure.com.au, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms apply to all site visitors, customers, and members of our Early Access program.
J Allure is operated on the Squarespace platform.

1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by J Allure (“we”, “us”, “our”). We offer this Site, including all information, tools, products, and services available, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated here.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that:

  • You will not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. SQUARESPACE PLATFORM

Our website, e-commerce functions, checkout, and membership system are hosted on Squarespace.

You acknowledge that:

  • Squarespace provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

  • Your data may be stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases, and general Squarespace applications.

  • Squarespace handles secure payment processing on our behalf.

3. PRODUCTS

We offer apparel, accessories, limited-edition items, and digital goods. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to:

  • Actual colors may vary due to individual screen settings,

4. PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, we offer products as pre-orders, including exclusive Early Access pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

  • The item is not currently in stock,

  • Estimated shipping dates are approximate only and may change,

  • Delays can occur due to manufacturing, customs, freight, or supplier issues,

  • Pre-order payments are charged immediately at checkout to secure your item.

If a significant delay occurs, we will update you via email.
Pre-order cancellations are only permitted if legally required or under our discretion.

5. EARLY ACCESS MEMBERSHIP AREA

We offer exclusive content, early product access, and restricted product pages through our Squarespace Member Area.

By joining:

  • You agree to create an account with accurate information,

  • You are responsible for maintaining your login confidentiality,

  • Membership benefits may change at any time without notice,

  • Access can be revoked if misuse is detected.

Digital memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by local law.

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust prices at any time,

  • Correct pricing errors,

  • Cancel orders where pricing or stock errors have occurred.

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace and its integrated payment providers. We never store full credit card information.

7. ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email,

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun,

  • Processing times may vary based on demand and season.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to:

  • Suspected fraud,

  • Incorrect customer details,

  • Product unavailability,

  • Payment failure.

8. SHIPPING

Shipping times and rates are displayed at checkout.
By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping estimates are approximate,

  • Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or external circumstances,

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they are marked delivered,

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.

9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

General Return Policy:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition,

  • Tags must be attached,

  • Hygiene seals on relevant items must be intact,

  • Returned items cannot be from final sale categories,

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items,

  • Digital goods,

  • Membership access,

  • Gift cards,

  • Pre-orders unless faulty.

Exchanges depend on availability at the time we receive the returned item.

Faulty Items:
If an item is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

From time to time, we offer promotions, discount codes, or bundle deals.

These terms apply:

  • Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward,

  • Only one discount code may be used per order,

  • Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases,

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site—including branding, logos, artwork, photography, product names, product descriptions, campaigns, and website design—is the exclusive property of J Allure.

You may not:
